Over the past decade at Kaye\/Bassman, Eric\u2019s specialty areas have ranged throughout healthcare and include Academic Physicians and Health Information Management.<\/p>\n<p>Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington. His areas of emphasis were in business management, psychology and communications. He is a certified trainer in Quality and uses this process to help improve customer service for clients ranging from hospitals to healthcare outsourcing and consulting. Eric has over two decades of experience with behavioral based interviewing techniques and has conducted numerous regional and national salary surveys.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Kaye\/Bassman, Eric held the position as President and CEO of a major nonprofit organization. During the six years he was with this company, Eric led a 300% growth in customers serviced, 500% increase in revenue and the expansion into 17 new locations.
