Despite the general optimism outlined in <em>Expecting a Post-Election Bump: The 2017 Construction Industry Hiring and Business Outlook<\/em>, many firms report they remain worried about the availability of qualified workers and rising health and regulatory costs.<\/p>\n<div id=\"page-wrapper\" class=\"container-fluid theme-border\">\n<div id=\"zone1\" class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div id=\"zone2\" class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div id=\"content-area\" class=\" span6 \">\n<div class=\"inner \">\n<div id=\"content-region\">\n<div class=\"region region-content\">\n<div id=\"block-system-main\" class=\"clearfix block block-system\">\n<div class=\"content\">\n<div id=\"node-50376\" class=\"node node-press-release node-promoted node-sticky iteration-1\">\n<div class=\"meta\">\n<article class=\"content clearfix row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<p>\u201cContractors have relatively high expectations for 2017 as they predict the economy and demands for all types of construction will grow,\u201d said Stephen E.
