Prior to joining the KBIC Insurance team as an Executive Search Consultant, Allison was a collegiate athlete who graduated with honors at the University of North Texas, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. From there she started her career as an elementary special education teacher and high school athletic coach for girls’ volleyball, basketball, and track. After 5 years in education, she decided to go in a different direction and began a sales role as a licensed health and life insurance agent.

For Allison, sales were a natural fit as she was known for her outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills. The rapport and trust she built with her clients, along with being open and personable quickly made her a successful agent in the industry. She handled every meeting with a consultative approach by listening to her client’s needs, giving them honest feedback, and using her product knowledge to find suitable solutions to each of her clients’ problems based on their unique situations.

Now as an Executive Search Consultant with KBIC, Allison’s natural ability to connect with others and go above and beyond what is necessary to invest time nurturing those relationships allow her clients and candidates peace of mind knowing that she is a true advocate for them and their best interests. By applying this type of mindset and way of thinking to her business, the ultimate outcome results in wins for both the candidate and client involved.
