Sejal Bhandari | Intern & Project Coordinator

As a current Baylor University student, my creative and unique history in the market and sales industry as an Editor in Chief for South Asian Production and as a Campus Manager for FreshPrints tremendously assisted in furthering my entrepreneurial mindset, work, and skills as a KBIC intern. During my time here, I helped build out the insurance market in the Midwest region, presented and submitted a project that will serve as an asset for future recruiters, and utilized their sourcing techniques to keep the industry database up to date.

In addition, I learned and developed a newly acquired skill, Market Mastery, through attending one-on-one meetings with numerous team members, utilizing provided tools, and conducting individual research. I discovered the importance of building strong connections with clients and candidates and experienced cohesive productivity in response to understanding the true value of teamwork and maintaining team relationships. Overall, thanks to the KBIC Insurance Team, my expanded knowledge and increased expertise in the business industry will serve as a catalyst for any future career.
