Kalan wields a degree in Business where he specialized in Insurance and minored in Consumer Science and fuses it with a combination of skills he obtained from his time in the US Army. As a Business Development Associate, he focuses on furthering and maintaining the network of relationships the Insurance and Risk Management team has built across the industry. By focusing on detail and being process-driven he knows the value of being prompt and intentional with every step towards brokering for the team.
