Gordon Webb<\/strong> joined Kaye\/Bassman in 2008 and leads the mountain states and midwest regional practice for Pharmacy and Therapy.\u00a0He quickly advanced into the role of Future Partner after his first year in the practice and has consistently and consecutively qualified as an annual Pacesetter within the organization.\u00a0Gordon achieved Managing Partner in 2012 and achieved billings of over $1.2 Million in his first four years in executive search.<\/p>\n

Gordon prides himself on identifying and recruiting top talent for his clients in the region and has completed searches for entry, mid and executive level Pharmacy and Therapy positions.\u00a0Today, he is responsible for the ongoing growth and market development of his expanding recruiting practice and strives to maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.<\/p>\n

Gordon earned his BS in Finance from Louisiana Tech University.\u00a0Gordon and his wife, M\u2019Lise, are natives of North Louisiana and have lived in Plano, TX for fifteen years.\u00a0They enjoy the challenge of raising their twin teenage boys and spending time with family and friends in the area.<\/p>\n
