The <strong>Director of Pharmacy<\/strong> will be responsible for all facets of the Pharmacy Department, including management of the pharmacy, medication distribution, and accountability in the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The Director should possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as evidenced by visionary goals, mentorship and motivation of staff, and creative problem solving. In addition, the Director should also excel at responsible fiscal planning, wise time management, effective change facilitation, and successful conflict resolution.<\/p>\n<p>This position provides opportunities to work in a fast-paced, challenging, diverse, and rewarding environment.
