As Managing Partner, Julie leads the Academic Medicine practice. Julie joined Kaye/Bassman in 2007 and has served the Academic Physician, Pharmacy, and Healthcare sectors. For over 14 years, Julie has been a professional in the recruiting and consulting industry, placing hundreds of faculty and leadership team members at various institutions across the nation. Throughout the course of her career, she has made a positive impact on the lives of hundreds of candidates by helping them make substantial career moves all while securing top talent for her clients.

Positions placed have included Chair of Radiology, Medical Imaging Section Chiefs, Chief of Neurology, Chair of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Science, Chief Pharmacy Officers, Medical Directors, Division/Section Chiefs, Program Directors, and clinical and research faculty in the academic and not-for-profit sectors. By providing excellent service, knowledge, and an honest, direct approach, Julie brings significant value to the clients and candidates who partner with her. Julie is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in the College of Natural Sciences.
