Congratulations Dr. Terri Nordin!

CONGRATULATIONS to Dr. Terri Nordin, Director, of the new Mayo Clinic Family Medicine Residency Program in northwest Wisconsin.
Elaine Auerbach of Kaye Bassman’s Academic Medicine practice recruits Dr. Terri Nordin to develop the first new physician post graduate program started by Mayo Graduate School in years.
Dr. Robert E. Nesse, Chief Executive Officer, Mayo Clinic Health System says “The hiring of the first residency director is exciting and this will stabilize and move FP training forward in the region.”
Dr. Nordin received her bachelor’s degree in family and consumer science studies from Iowa State University in Ames. She earned her medical degree from the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City, where she also completed a research fellowship. She completed her family medicine residency and clinical fellowship in maternity care and served as an assistant professor at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
