Great opportunity for a motivated professional (current PDs/APDs/Core Faculty) focused on building a premier GME Family Medicine program with Indiana’s nationally ranked community-based health system

Parkview Health – the largest health system in northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio – is seeking an experienced clinician and strategic leader to head the development of a new, fully sponsored Family Medicine Residency Program (6-8 residents per year) as the Program Director. PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

The founding Family Medicine Residency Program Director will contribute to the application for ACGME accreditation of a new, fully sponsored Family Medicine Residency program located in Fort Wayne, IN. Applicants must possess:

  • Board Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine or hold credentials deemed equivalent to Certification by the ACGME’s Family Medicine RRC
  • Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Indiana prior to the start of appointment
