Associate Dean-College of Health Sciences

We have an exciting new position, with a well respected new client, for an Associate Dean-College of Health Sciences. The Associate Dean must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a diverse, high-energy team. He/She will frequently work with vendors, the public, and staff from other organizations and schools.

Qualifications:

• A current license, or eligibility to obtain one, as a registered nurse in the State of Arkansas
• A Master's Degree in Nursing AND a Doctorate OR a willingness to pursue a Doctorate in Nursing, or a related field
• Appropriate Credentials for a faculty rank of Associate or Full Professor, within a college
• No less than FIVE years of classroom experience
• Be an expert in alternate learning strategies
• Hold a membership in professional organizations
